PrimRose Rags & Lace Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help! Please review our policy for in-store and online orders below:


In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale Items: Jewelry, accessories, antiques, collectibles, gift cards, and sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Online Returns & Exchanges

Online orders must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at primroseragsandlace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at primroseragsandlace@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g. personalized or special orders)

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are final sale

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
