Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Local Pickup (Smyrna, DE)

We offer free in-store pickup at: PrimRose Rags & Lace

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup is available during our regular business hours.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. Please select an appropriate shipping option at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
